Buildings 12 and 12A are located at the very front of the Park along New Holland Avenue. The spaces are leased by the Lancaster Red Rose Credit Union, Dayspring Christian Academy, Lancaster Lebanon IU-13 and Lancaster General Hospital. The buildings has been excellently maintained. Beautiful views through large windows look out over the park-like setting. These buildings are fully leased until 2010.  

The two secured lobby entrances are located along a covered walkway located directly off the visitor’s parking lot along Route 23-New Holland Avenue. The interior of the building features many large private offices, open cubicle work center areas, support centers and multiple conference rooms, all well appointed. There are also IT centers and flex space areas in very clean and functional condition. The space is T-1, T-3 and DSL/Comcast ready. The tenants may utilize the Landlords’ in-house phone system or have their own. The buildings are fully sprinklered and have elevators.  There are multiple common area rest rooms, private rest rooms, kitchenette/lunchrooms, vending centers and largescale assemby rooms.

Additional warehouse, shipping and distribution space is located nearby. Lease of the space includes free use of the Park’s two garden courtyards, the fully staffed cafeteria, and the tenant’s party/event room. Free Parking is offered for all workers with their offices here in the Park. Additional overflow parking is currently leased in support of the LGH construction work ongoing in downtown lancaster and will be available again (for lease) for fleet, shuttle, itinerate, buses, trip travel, heavy equipment and tractor trailers after summer of 2008.
