Building 14 is a very functional building constructed of a steel frame, insulated aluminum walls and roof, on a concrete slab. It is ideal for warehouse and distribution, having served as a warehouse and distribution center for Johnson & Johnson. The building totals 45,007 square feet and 20,000+/- is now availalble 'For Lease' which may be divided in 5000 square foot increments.

Currently, there is one tenant in the build
ing, a furniture warehouse distribuor. The building is fully sprinklered and is heated. A peaked roof provides an interior ceiling height of 21’ at the center and 16’ at the outer edge. Column spacing is 20’ x 40’. There are 9 dock doors and one tow motor drive-in ramp. The building has two different shipping/loading areas- one at the front and one at the back. The larger of the two shipping areas is “Common” meaning the use of the docks serve the whole building. The smaller dock area with the tow motor ramp will be designated private for the new tenant. 

Power is 225 KVA. Compressed air is piped into the building which may be used by tenants on a sub-metered basis. Floor loads will accommodate 200 pounds per square foot. There is a permanent freight scale in place for tenant use. Additionally, there is a break area with counter and sink, two full rest rooms (Male/Female) and a small truck driver’s rest room.

This space is ideal for a mid-size users who need good old fashioned warehouse space, distribution center, additional or overflow storage. Light manufacturing and assembly may also be done in this space. Secured outside fenced storage is availalble at this building and parking for designated delivery vehicles and warehouse personnel is availalble on the building’s pad site.
